SMHS Flu Clinic

We will offer the Flu Shot to students at Southbridge High School and Southbridge Middle school on Tuesday, October 16, 2018. If you would like your child to participate in the program, you must return the 2018-2019 Insurance Information Form. They are available on the Nurse’s web site by going to southbridgepublic.org . Click on “Departments” then go to School Nurse. Next, click on “Health Forms” and go to Flu Clinic. The forms are located on that page. If your family does not have access to the forms online, please checkoff and send in the form on the bottom of this notice to the School Nurse and the forms will come home with your child. Complete the forms and return to the School Nurse by Wednesday, October 10, 2018.
SMHS Smile Mobile Dentist

Smile Mobile Dentist will be at Southbridge Middle/High School. Permission slips will be delivered to students in September and will need to be back on the designated date.

Tooth Fairy Visiting Eastford Road School

March is Dental Awareness Month and to help educate students on the importance of dental care and proper teeth brushing the "Tooth Fairy," herself, will be visiting Eastford Road School!
Each child will receive a toothbrush and learn about proper dental hygiene.
